Vanessa Hudgens and Zac Efron: St Jude Sweethearts

Teaming up to honor one of their good friends, Vanessa Hudgens and Zac Efron were looking fabulous at the 2010 Inaugural St. Jude Children’s Hospital’s “Estrellas Por La Vida” Gala in Los Angeles on Tuesday night (April 6). Held at Nokia Club LA Live, the "High School Musical" co-star couple posed for pictures and greeted fellow attendees backstage before taking the podium to dish out an award to HSM director Kenny Ortega. Also on hand for the event were stars such as Daisy Fuentes, Keke Palmer, Anna Maria Perez and Zanessa's HSM co-star Monique Coleman. Of the swanky affair, Miss Coleman tweeted, “Kenny’s an amazing director & humanitarian. I’m thrilled to be able to participate in an event acknowledging his contribution to children! Just met up w/ Zac & Vanessa backstage after they presented an award to @kennyortegablog! Soooo good to see them at this incredible event.”

Vanessa Hudgens: House of Tailoring Hottie

In no mood to have her picture taken, Vanessa Hudgens did a quick cover-up while running the day's errands in West Hollywood, California on Tuesday afternoon (April 6). Showing off her dark tan in a black singlet with black track pants, the "Sucker Punch" sweetie dropped by The House Of Tailoring to pick up some garments as she covered her face with a Trader Joe's bag while hopping into her Audi S4. On the career front, Miss Hudgens is gearing up for the July 30th release of her new movie "Beastly," which is described as "a modern-day take on the Beauty and the Beast tale where a New York teen is transformed into a hideous monster in order to find true love." Having a laugh while talking about the differences between her flick and the original, Nessa previously told MTV News, "One thing [director] Daniel [Barnz] actually said to me in the beginning is the beast will have no fur. No fur! I think that would just make it a little bit less believable."

Zac Efron: Standard Stud

Making his afternoon rounds, Zac Efron was spotted arriving at the Standard Hotel in Hollywood yesterday (March 31). The “High School Musical” stud looked to be wearing the same clothes as the previous day as he made his way inside the swanky hotel, shielding his face from shutterbugs. In career news, Zac told press he’d really love a role in the soon-to-be-filmed sequel to “The Hangover.” He explained, “I haven’t got that call yet to join them but that would be amazing. I think that they’re amazing and I love the cast that they’ve got going on.”

Courteney Cox Wants Zac Efron

Hoping to draw more young viewers to her ABC series, Courteney Cox has expressed her desires to see Zac Efron make a guest appearance on "Cougar Town". The former "Friends" star plays the role of a divorced 40+ mother on the hunt for a younger beau - a role that she thinks Efron could handle with ease. Cox tells, “Zac Efron would be perfect, but he probably has too much confidence to be real prey for a cougar."

Vanessa Hudgens: Toluca Lake Lady

Making the most of the beautiful day, Vanessa Hudgens was spotted out and about in Toluca Lake, California yesterday (March 30). The “High School Musical” babe looked lovely as she strolled past a swarm of shutterbugs, sporting a black jacket, black dress, and black boots. In related news, Vanessa told press her new film “Beastly” is definitely a new spin on the classic tale “Beauty and the Beast.” "It's a modern take on 'Beauty and The Beast,' except it's darker and way sexier. It's a great love story, and I think everyone's going to fall in love with it."
