Vanessa Hudgens: Japanese Food Junkie

Satisfying her craving for Japanese food, Vanessa Hudgens was spotted arriving at a Studio City, California restaurant yesterday afternoon (March 6). The “High School Musical” hottie was joined by her little sister Stella for the lunch outing, though they were pretty successful at avoiding the paparazzi. At a recent photo shoot, Miss Hudgens joined her boyfriend Zac Efron famed photographer Annie Leivobitz’s camera for a “Sleeping Beauty” photo shoot. Vanessa portrayed Princess Aurora while Zac was Prince Phillip in the shot, which will appear in the Disney’s Twenty-Three magazine.

Zac Efron: Wispy Hair Hunk

Enjoying the beautiful SoCal weather, Zac Efron was spotted on a stroll outside his house in Los Angeles yesterday afternoon (March 5). The “High School Musical 3: Senior Year” heartthrob looked hunky in a fitted grey t-shirt, black jeans, and white sneakers as the wind got the best of his shaggy brown hair. Speaking of HSM, Zac recently told press that while he enjoyed the wild ride that came with the success of the Disney films, he never quite understood it. He dished, “I liked being the kid in the adult circle. As far back as I can remember, I couldn’t understand or relate to a lot of kids. I still don’t understand how High School Musical became a hit. I’m going to make as many lighthearted movies as I can. Every time we started a new High School Musical movie, I wanted to keep that kid inside of me alive.”

Zac Efron: Lakers Lover

Taking full advantage of his celebrity status, Zac Efron was spotted enjoying a floor seat at the Los Angeles Lakers/Memphis Grizzlies basketball game last night (March 3). The “High School Musical” hottie seemed pretty focused on the game, looking hot in a simple black t-shirt/jeans combo with a grey knit hat to top it off. Earlier in the day, Mr. Efron was spotted out and about in Los Angeles, grabbing lunch with a guy pal and gassing up his Audi sportscar at a local filling station. Coming up later this month, Zac is scheduled to join British bad boy Russell Brand on the popular Australian talk show “Rove,” just after he premieres his new film “17 Again” down under.

High School Musical 4: In the Making

Move over Zac, Vanessa, Ashley, and Corbin there’s a new crew in town. Word has it that “High School Musical 4” is in the making, but doesn’t include the usual “Wildcats.” The new cast list has not been released as of yet, but the musical is set to hit the Disney Channel in 2010. The plot of the new movie, which starts production later this year, follows a love story and the cross-town rivalry between the East High Wildcats and the West High Knights. “High School Musical 3: Senior Year” debuted in theaters in October 2008. Its premiere weekend box office sales marked the highest debut ever for a musical and for a live-action G-rated film. The new cast has some big shoes to fill!

Vanessa Hudgens and Zac Efron Step Out for “Watchmen”

Enjoying a rare night out on the red carpet, Zac Efron and Vanessa Hudgens stepped out to check out the premiere of “Watchmen” in Hollywood on Monday night (March 2). Held at Grauman’s Chinese Theatre, the “High School Musical” co-star couple took turns posing for pictures upon arrival before heading into the theater to check out the new Zack Snyder directed flick. Starring Malin Akerman and Billy Crudup, the fantasy flick follows a murdered ex-superhero and a vigilante named Rorschach, who begins an investigation into the slaying, which begins to lead to a much more terrifying conclusion. Meanwhile, Zanessa just recently returned from the Tokyo premiere of “High School Musical 3: Senior Year,” with Zac now readying for a journey to Australia for the premiere of “17 Again”.
