Zac Efron and Vanessa Hudgens: VMA Lovers

Though he’s been busy at the Toronto International Film Festival with his new movie “Me and Orson Welles,” and she was occupied touring for her “Identified” album, Zac Efron and Vanessa Hudgens still made time for each other and the 2008 MTV Video Music Awards (September 7). Meanwhile, Miss Hudgens walked the fine line between sexy and scandalous in her Matthew Williamson dress teamed with Jimmy Choo shoes.
Zac and Vanessa had the esteemed pleasure of announcing Christina Aguilera’s fantastic performance, along with HSM co-stars Corbin Bleu and Ashley Tisdale.

Zac Efron's Studio Run

Going about his normal daily duties, Zac Efron was out and about in Los Angeles, California making his way into a studio. And upon noticing the clamoring paparazzi trailing him, the “High School Musical” stud went from a walk to a gallop in an attempt to avoid being photographed. And we’re less than two months away from seeing Zac, along with Vanessa Hudgens, Ashley Tisdale, Corbin Bleu, and Lucas Gabreel in “High School Musical 3: Senior Year” (it hits theatres October 24th).

High School Musical 3 Pep Rally

Out already premoting the release of High School Musical 3: Senior Year, Zac Efron joined HSM co-stars Ashley Tisdale, Chris Warren Jr., Kaycee Stroh and Olesya Rulin at Disney’s “High School Musical 3: Senior Year” Ultimate Fan Pep Rally. Held at the El Capitan Theatre in Hollywood on Saturday (August 23), Zac and his co-stars did their best in pumping up an already ecstatic crowd. The teen fans on-hand, 1000 of them to be precise, won their spot at the sing-a-long-version viewing, also getting in a sneak peek of HSM3. As reported before, HSM3 picks up with “Troy and Gabriella struggling with the idea of being separated from one another as college approaches. Along with the rest of the Wildcats, they stage a spring musical to address their experiences, hopes and fears about their future.”

Vanessa Flies Out of Burbank

Heading off to preform at the California State Fair, Vanessa Hudgens was spotted arriving at Burbank Airport to catch a plane on Friday (August 22). The star of Rock On (Will) was picked up in a limo and driven to the airport alone - walking past onlooking paparazzi and aboard her flight. The day prior, Nessa took part in a photo shoot at a mansion in the Hollywood Hills. As for her career, the 19-year-old Disney starlet is anxiously awaiting the October 24th release of her new movie “High School Musical 3: Senior Year”.

Vanessa Hudgens Steps Out In Hollywood

Vanessa was spotted out Thursday (August 21) running some errands, offering a quick smile before hiding her face and running to her car. Looking as if she was ready for a day at the beach, the “High School Musical” hottie dropped into Rite Aid to grab a few items before continuing along on her way. Vanessa is dealing with a lawsuit filed by her former producer/manager Johny Viera for $5 million dollars.
On the bright side, the 19-year-old Disney star only has a few more months until the theatrical release of her latest project, “High School Musical 3: Senior Year”.

Zac Efron: Moving Up?

Zac Efron has been spotted out in Hollywood Hills checking out a little real estate on Monday afternoon (August 18). The High School Musical 3 star looked at a new house in the area - as he’s said to be considering making a move out of his current apartment into something a little more spacious.

Vanessa Hudgens: Lawsuit

When you’re on top of your game, it seems like everyone is trying to pull you down. For Vanessa's case it could end up costing her big. According to FOX Pop Tarts' Hollie McKay, the “High School Musical” cutie is being sued by her former producer/manager Johny Viera for $5 million dollars. Apparently, Viera was the man who discovered Nessa, and back in 2005 they entered into a financial agreement to split her earnings 50/50 in return for him launching her career.
Following her meteoric rise to fame after HSM, Hudgens cut ties with Viera, though she did come to a settlement agreement with him. But now he’s calling foul, saying that she’s not paying up.
In the meantime, Vanessa’s dad, Greg Hudgens, is trying to get the word out about Viera and his “predatory nature” via a website or phone line thereby preventing him from targeting up-and-coming ‘unsuspecting talent.’
