Growing up oh-so-fast, Vanessa Hudgens is celebrating her 21st birthday today! And over the weekend she had plenty of quality time with her boyfriend Zac Efron. Last night (December 13) the “High School Musical” mates were spotted holding hands while strolling around Los Angeles together. Vanessa and Zac spent the day doing a little pre-birthday shopping as evidenced by Miss Hudgens’ big yellow bag from Planet Blue. Prior to that, Zanessa hit up the uber-hip Ammo Café where they grabbed some grub with Vanessa’s gal pals Emily Browning and Carla Gugino.
